Kasia Olszewska Intrieri
President of UM / Coordination of Worship Nights and Formation
Kasia Intrieri is the President of Unity and Mercy Ministries in Worcester, Massachusetts. God has placed in her heart a deep passion for sharing His love and the Good News of Jesus Christ. From an early age, she experienced the power of authentic Christian community—an encounter that shaped her entire ministry journey.
Originally from Poland, Kasia served for many years in parish and diocesan ministry, supporting the Catholic youth movement KSM. In 2014, she moved to the United States and entered a spiritual desert—a season that ultimately became a place of profound transformation. During this time, God rebuilt her faith and gently led her back into mission.
Together with friends, she began organizing Alpha courses, a turning point in her life and ministry. This journey led to the co-founding of the Metanoia Community in 2016, and Unity and Mercy Ministries in 2023—a space where people can encounter God’s mercy, grow in faith, and experience true belonging. Her work with English-speaking communities, alongside Fr. Richard, focuses on encountering God’s love and equipping disciples for mission.
Kasia has been involved with Alpha for 18 years in Poland and the United States, leading courses, training teams, and helping leaders grow in confidence and evangelistic outreach.

2020 – National School of Evangelizers, Polish Episcopal Conference
2023 – Encounter School of Ministry graduate
2025–2026 – Continuing formation with the Encounter School of Ministry
She also leads online evangelization through her YouTube channel Kasia Intrieri and the podcast Coffee and Heaven, sharing faith, prayer, and reflections.
Professionally, Kasia is a UX/UI Designer, creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. She integrates these skills into ministry and evangelization, believing that beauty, clarity, and intentional design can open hearts to encounter God.
