Kasia Olszewska Intrieri
President of UM / Responsible for coordination of Worship Nights and Formation Meetings
Kasia Intrieri is the Director of Unity and Mercy Ministries in Worcester, MA. God has given her the grace to be passionate about sharing the love and Good News of Jesus Christ, as well as the gift of experiencing the power of a faithful community early in her life. Since her teenage years, she has been actively involved in ministry within the Catholic Church.
Originally from Poland, she moved to the USA in 2014. After going through a spiritual desert, God led her and a friend Agata to start organizing Alpha courses with friends from Bible study, which resulted in the co-founding of the Metanoia Community in 2015. Later, God opened doors to reach English-speaking communities, leading to the co-founding of Unity and Mercy Ministries with Fr. Richard—a mission dedicated to encountering God's love and equipping disciples.
Kasia has been involved with Alpha for 17 years, both in Poland and the USA, where God has continually transformed her heart. She led Alpha at Our Lady of Częstochowa Parish and trained teams in Polish-American parishes in Boston and Webster.
Her dedication to ministry is strengthened by her formation:
2020: Completed a two-year National School of Evangelizers, organized by the Polish Episcopal Conference for New Evangelization.
2023: Graduated from the Encounter School of Ministry, further enriching her ministry journey.further enriching her ministry journey.
Professionally: User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Designer, crafting intuitive digital experiences.
