Kasia Olszewska Intrieri

I am Kasia Intrieri, a child of God and President of Unity and Mercy Ministries in Worcester, Massachusetts. God has placed in my heart a deep desire to share His love and the Good News of Jesus Christ. From an early age, I experienced the gift and power of authentic Christian community, and that experience has continued to shape my faith and ministry journey.

Originally from Poland, I served for many years in parish and diocesan ministry, including involvement with the Catholic youth movement KSM. In 2014, I moved to the United States and entered what became a spiritual desert in my life. Looking back, it was also a season of deep transformation, during which God renewed my faith and gradually led me back into mission and community.

Together with friends, I began organizing Alpha courses, which became an important turning point in my life and ministry. This journey eventually led to the co-founding of the Metanoia Community in 2016 and Unity and Mercy Ministries in 2023, creating spaces where people can encounter God’s mercy, grow in faith, build authentic relationships, and discover a deeper sense of belonging.

Within Unity and Mercy Ministries, I serve in leadership and help with ministry coordination, communication, website development, social media, visual design, and outreach. Alongside Fr. Richard and other ministry leaders and friends, I help support our English-speaking community with a focus on helping people encounter God’s love and equipping disciples for mission.

I have been involved with Alpha for 19 years, both in Poland and in the United States. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to serve in different roles, including leading Alpha courses, supporting and training teams, and encouraging leaders in evangelization and outreach.

My ministry formation includes:

• 2020 - National School of Evangelizers, Polish Episcopal Conference

• 2023 - Encounter School of Ministry graduate

• 2025-2026 - Continuing formation with the Encounter School of Ministry

I also serve through online evangelization on my YouTube channel, Kasia Intrieri, and through the Coffee & Heaven podcast, where I share faith-based reflections, conversations, prayer, testimonies, and educational content that can help people grow in their relationship with God.

Professionally, I am a UX/UI Designer, creating intuitive and human-centered digital experiences. I am grateful to be able to use these skills in ministry as well, particularly through website design, visual communication, social media, branding, and digital outreach. I believe that beauty, clarity, creativity, and thoughtful communication can help create welcoming spaces where people are more open to encounter God.
