Kasia Olszewska Intrieri

I am Kasia Intrieri, child of God. President of Unity and Mercy Ministries in Worcester, Massachusetts. God has placed in my heart a deep passion for sharing His love and the Good News of Jesus Christ. From an early age, I experienced the power of authentic Christian community—an encounter that shaped my entire ministry journey.

Originally from Poland, I served for many years in parish and diocesan ministry, supporting the Catholic youth movement KSM. In 2014, I moved to the United States and entered a spiritual desert- a season that ultimately became a place of profound transformation. During this time, God rebuilt my faith and gently led me back into mission.

Together with friends, I began organizing Alpha courses, which became a turning point in my life and ministry. This journey led to the co-founding of the Metanoia Community in 2016, and Unity and Mercy Ministries in 2023 - a space where people can encounter God’s mercy, grow in faith, and experience true belonging. My work with English-speaking communities, alongside Fr. Richard, focuses on helping people encounter God’s love and equipping disciples for mission.

I have been involved with Alpha for 19 years, both in Poland and in the United States, leading courses, training teams, and helping leaders grow in confidence and evangelistic outreach.

My ministry formation includes:

• 2020 – National School of Evangelizers, Polish Episcopal Conference

• 2023 – Encounter School of Ministry graduate

• 2025–2026 – Continuing formation with the Encounter School of Ministry

I also lead online evangelization through my YouTube channel, "Kasia Intrieri", and my podcast Coffee and Heaven, where I share faith, prayer, and reflections.

Professionally, I am a UX/UI Designer, creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. I integrate these skills into ministry and evangelization, believing that beauty, clarity, and intentional design can open hearts to encounter God.
